All of this and everything The BBQ Forum has become is because of the generosity of the those people who post messages to it.  But the people who did not, or do not post messages should not be forgotten.  After all an Internet forum would be nothing without the people.  All I have done is keep the forum operating and the people have taken care of the rest of it.  The list of names, of those who have posted messages, numbers into the thousands. So it is impossible to name everyone.

In the beginning of the forum there were a group of people who contributed a great deal and they should be mentioned at this time.  First of all a huge thanks goes out to my wife Yoko and my two twin sons Don and Bob who have not given up on me. I have spent somewhere around 30,000 hours working on The BBQ Forum so far.  That a lot of work and without the understanding of my family it would not have been possible.

A lot of people deserve recognition, for contributing to The BBQ Forum in the early years.   One big problem is that some of the people who contributed to the forum have chosen to not use their real names so in many cases I do not even know who they are. But I going to take a stab at giving them credit for their contributions.  If I missed anyone I am very sorry.  It's a big list and I will just try to cover 1995 and 1996 in this book and mention some of the major contributors.  In no particular order here they are.
